Our Caregiver Support Helpline is there for all caregivers, throughout Québec. Whether you are looking for a sympathetic ear, counselling or referrals, our counselors are available every day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This service is free and confidential.

ADHD Awareness Month

October is ADHD Awareness Month. In 2021, for example, ADHD among women and girls was in the spotlight.

Awareness-raising initiatives are relatively unstructured, and are still often aimed at recognition and better management of ADD/ADHD.
