The Centre d'assistance et d'accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP) - Nord-du-Québec (Jamésie) assists and supports anyone in the process of filing a complaint with establishments and organizations in the public health and social services. This organization also assists seniors living in private seniors' residences in settling their lease disputes. The clientele served concerns users of the health and social services network and seniors residing in private seniors' residences (RPA). Among the territories served, we find Nord-du-Québec.
