The Centre d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP) – Laval is a community organization that you can contact to obtain the help and support needed to file your complaint. We are independent of the network and we have a favorable bias towards the user. Our services are free and confidential. Our role is not to deal with complaints, but to assist any resident of Laval, or any person who is dissatisfied with the care received in a Laval establishment, in their efforts. The clientele served concerns users of the health and social services network. Among the territories served, there is the Laval region.
