Music can transport us to familiar and new places. It is a powerful tool that is shown to help support emotional health, reduce stress, provide respite, and bring us joy. This new 6-week class for caregivers will offer practical tools for how to use music for your well-being, and offer you regular contact with a group of people looking to do the same alongside a trained music therapist. No previous musical experience necessary. All you need are your ears, something to write with, and something to write on.
