The Entraide pour la déficience intellectuelle du Joliette Métropolitain inc. offers leisure, respite and rewarding daytime activities for people living with an intellectual disability and support for families. Since 1963, L’Entraide pour la handicap industrielle du Joliette Métropolitain has had the mission of promoting the development and fulfillment of people living with an intellectual disability. To achieve this, the organization offers various services and activities to members, including promotion of social and workplace participation, public and official awareness, and support for members and their families. The clientele served concerns people living with an intellectual disability and their families. Among the territories served, there is the MRC de Joliette.
