Projet d'intégration multiservice pour les proches aidants de personnes atteintes de la maladie d'Alzheimer ou d'autres troubles neurocognitifs (Multi-service integration project for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease or other neurocognitive disorders)

This project is designed to give caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease or other neurocognitive disorders a place to obtain help, accompaniment and support services throughout their caregiving journey.
The Société Alzheimer des Maskoutains-Vallée-des-Patriotes offers such services as:

- training sessions to equip caregivers as part of the Parcours-Alzheimer program;

- psychosocial support provided in the form of individual and family meetings, as well as
group meetings in the form of coffee-talks;

- auxiliary respite to give caregivers the opportunity to attend the information, training and
psychosocial support activities organized by the Alzheimer’s Society.
