AMI-Québec

AMI-Quebec Action on Mental Illness helps families manage the effects of mental illness through support, education, guidance, and advocacy. AMI-Quebec helps family caregivers cope with mental illness in a loved one. Family includes those in the circle of support of someone living with mental illness (parents, spouses, siblings, adult children, friends, etc.).

Parkinson Québec

Parkinson Québec strives for excellence in research, advocacy, education and support for people living with Parkinson's disease and their families. Revivre is a non-profit organization that helps people with anxiety, depressive or bipolar disorders and their loved ones, in collaboration with the institutional and community mental health network. Their self-management approach aims to equip people (information, strategies, listening, referrals) so that they can make their own decisions and regain power over their health. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Society of Quebec

Founded in 1983, the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Society of Quebec is a non-profit community organization. Their mission is: • to provide support and referrals for people living with ALS and their loved ones; • to fund research; • to raise awareness of this disease among the general public, government officials and medical and paramedical practitioners.
